“BORGOVERDE” EXTRA DRY
Grape variety:
Glera in prevalence
Grape production area:
Municipalities of the Province of Treviso.
Vinification:
Soft pressing of the grapes. Start of temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
Aging and second fermentation:
Refinement until the spring following the harvest. Second fermentation in autoclave at temperatures between 16°C and 18°C until a natural pressure of 5.5 atm is reached.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a bright wheat-yellow colour that’s perfectly sparkling. The scent offers notes of white pulp fruit and acacia flowers, while the taste is fresh and harmonious.

Medium-sized glass for white wines

Pairings:
It finds pleasure with pumpkin flan and casatella, light risottos with vegetables or grilled/baked side dishes that accompany roast white meats.
