Cabernet Franc 100%

Grapes’ production area:
Municipalities of the Province of Treviso.

Vinification:
Vinification in concrete tanks with selected yeasts with 7-10 days of maceration. Then racking and refinement in the tanks until the following spring.

Refinement:
Refinement until the spring following the harvest and subsequent bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics:
A bright ruby red, rich in vegetal scents of green pepper, oriental spices and blackberry. The taste is pleasantly soft and tannic.

Alcohol content:
12% ABV

Suggested goblet:
Medium-sized glass for red wines

Service temperature:
12/14°C

Pairings:
Porcini mushrooms risotto, mushrooms and pumpkin soup, roast meat, stew with polenta, mushrooms and potatoes.
