Merlot and Raboso
Grapes’ production area:
Municipalities of the province of Treviso.
Traditional red vinification with destemming and pressing of the grapes and 20 days maceration with daily pumping over.
Aging in French durmast barriques for 10 months, then further 8 months in concrete tanks. Subsequent bottling with following aging in the bottle.
Intense and brilliant ruby red colour. It appears with concentrated and well-defined nuances of soft fruit, blackberry and morello cherry’s jam that intertwine with scents of cocoa and delicate notes of roasting. The taste is very full-bodied and soft. Well-balanced tannicity in a game of enchanting joy.
It finds its best combination with lasagne or beef goulash with polenta.
