Variety:
Variety Blend with local white grapes

Grape Production Area:
Municipalities of the Province of Treviso

Vinification:
Soft pressing of the grapes. Start of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in cement tanks at a controlled temperature.

Refinement:
Ageing until the spring following the harvest and subsequent bottling.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
In the glass it has a bright wheat-yellow color. Fruity notes are savoured in its scent, with hints of yellow peach and wild flowers. On the palate it is possible to taste aromatic intensity, freshness and softness.

Alcohol Content:
12 % ABV

Goblet Suggested:
Medium-sized glass for white wines.

Service temperature:
10/12 ° C

Pairings:
Due to its persistence, it lends itself well to a dish with a local fruit, asparagus, light with egg mimosa, creamy in risotto or even as a filling for a good well-seasoned pie. Pleasant with roast chicken and fresh field vegetables.
