
“CIMA” WHITE
Grape variety:
Blend of varieties with local white grapes
Grape production area:
Municipalities of the Province of Treviso.
Vinification:
Soft pressing of the grapes. Start of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Refinement:
Aging in steel tanks until the spring following the harvest and subsequent bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a bright wheat-yellow colour in the glass. Fruity notes are savoured in its scent with hints of yellow peach and wild flowers. On the palate it’s possible to taste aromatic intensity, freshness and softness.

Medium-sized glass for white wines

Pairings:
Due to its persistence, it lends itself well to a dish with a local product, the asparagus, light with egg mimosa, creamy in risottos or even as a filling for a good well-seasoned pie. The goblet is pleasant with roast chicken and fresh field vegetables too.
