Soft pressing of the grapes. Start of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature in concrete tanks.
Refinement and Second Fermentation:
Ageing in steel tanks until the spring following the harvest. Second fermentation in autoclave at temperatures between 16-18°C until reaching a natural pressure of 1.8-2.2 atm.
In the glass it has a wheat-yellow color. The scent is reminiscent of crunchy white fruit, like apple and pear. The taste is fresh and with a fruity and pleasantly soft aftertaste.

Medium-sized glass for white wines.
