“ELIXIR” WHITE SPARKLING
Grape variety:
Glera in prevalence
Grape production area:
Municipalities of the Province of Treviso.
Vinification:
Soft pressing of the grapes. Start of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Aging and second fermentation:
Refinement in steel tanks until the spring following the harvest. Second fermentation in autoclave at temperatures between 16°C and 18°C until a natural pressure of 1.8-2.2 atm is reached.
Organoleptic characteristics:
In the glass it has a wheat-yellow colour. The scent is reminiscent of crunchy white fruit like apple and pear. The fresh taste has a fruity and pleasantly soft aftertaste.

Medium-sized glass for white wines

Pairings:
Fresh aperitifs with appetizers and fried vegetables. It’s ideal either with marinated blue fish or with spaghetti with clams.
