Municipalities of the province of Treviso.
Vinification:
Destemming-pressing of the grapes with cold maceration for 6-8 hours, soft pressing and subsequent static decanting of the must-flower. Start of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Wine aging:
Aging on fine lees in steel tanks until the spring following the harvest, then bottling and resting in the bottle for a few months.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It appears with a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. An elegant and complex aromatic spectrum with nuances of exotic fruit and white pulp fruit intertwine with scents of jasmine and an almost balsamic finish. The taste reminds of an aristocratic freshness, rich in texture and fragrance. A calibrated persistence and a very pleasant acidity grant a sip of great gustatory depth.
