“MIRIAM” PROSECCO DOC TREVISO BRUT
Grape production area:
Municipalities of the Province of Treviso.
Soft pressing of the grapes. Start of temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
Aging and second fermentation:
Refinement until the spring following the harvest. Second fermentation in autoclave at temperatures between 16°C and 18°C until a natural pressure of 5.5 atm is reached.
It has a wheat-yellow color with greenish reflections, perfectly sparkling. The bouquet ranges from apple to pear, blending with pleasant notes of white flowers. On the tongue it’s lively, fresh and well balanced.
Medium-sized glass for white wines
It matches perfectly with spaghetti with clams or white risottos with seafood, flavored with fresh rosemary. It can be served also with baked fish with crispy potatoes and grilled peppers.
