Grape production area:
Municipalities of the Province of Treviso.

Vinification:
Soft pressing of the grapes. Start of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

Refinement:
Aging in steel tanks until the spring following the harvest and subsequent bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a wheat-yellow color embellished with greenish reflections. The scent reminds of summer fruits, white-fleshed peach and pear. On the tongue it’s fresh, with a good flavour and an elegant return to aromatic herbs.

12% ABV

Suggested goblet:
Medium-sized glass for white wines

8/10°C

Pairings:
This glass marries in a harmonious combination of flavours with savoury pies stuffed with vegetables, chickpeas, legume soups and baked rabbit with aromatic herbs.
