Born in Venice, Elisabetta Caminer was the editor of a periodical distributed throughout Europe. A clever commentator, she was able to be a protagonist in cultural and ideological debates of her time, when journalism was exclusively a male prerogative.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grape variety<\/strong><br \/>\nPinot Grigio 100%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grape production area<\/strong><br \/>\nMunicipalities of the Province of Treviso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soil composition<\/strong><br \/>\nMedium loam soil with the presence of rock fragments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinification<\/strong><br \/>\nDestemming-pressing of the grapes with maceration for a whole night, soft pressing and subsequent static decanting of the must-flower. Start of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tanks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wine aging<\/strong><br \/>\nAging on fine lees in steel tanks and, for a little percentage, in durmast barriques until the spring following the harvest. Batches assembly, then bottling and resting in the bottle for a few months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Organoleptic characteristics<\/strong><br \/>\nIt appears with a delicate copper color with golden reflections. The bouquet begins with floral nuances of lime and acacia, memories of yellow pulp fruit and hints of wood with a light almond finish. The sip is soft and enveloping, rich in texture and with an elegant aromaticity.
