Refinement:
Ageing in oak barriques for six to eight months, another eight months in concrete, subsequent bottling and subsequent ageing in the bottle for 12 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
In the glass it is ruby red. Its intense and complex aroma recalls ripe red fruit and undergrowth berries, jam with nuances of cocoa and vanilla. The taste is full-bodied, robust, full and savoury.
