Vinification in concrete tanks with selected yeasts, 7-10 days of maceration.
Aging in durmast barriques for 6 to 8 months and further 8 months in concrete tanks. Subsequent bottling and following aging in the bottle for 12 months.
Intense ruby red, it reflects vivacity with bright notes of colour. With a beautiful consistency, it resists rotation in the glass, denoting a great structure. Its aroma of ripe red fruit, almost like plum and cherry jam, is intense and complex. A hint of undergrowth, with nuances of cocoa and vanilla, invites and accompanies the sip, highlighting a pleasant and delicate tannin that is warm and soft, with a savoury finish and a great final pleasantness.
