“ROSSO 39” ROSSO IGT VENETO
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Raboso
Grapes’ production area:
Municipalities of the Province of Treviso.
Vinification in concrete tanks with selected yeasts and subsequent 7-10 days of maceration.
Aging in durmast barriques for 6 to 8 months and further 8 months in concrete tanks. Subsequent bottling and following aging in the bottle for 12 months.
In the glass it is ruby red. Its intense and complex aroma recalls ripe red fruit, undergrowth berries and jam with nuances of cocoa and vanilla. The taste is full-bodied, robust and savoury.
