Grapes’ variety:
Merlot and Raboso

Grapes’ production area:
Municipalities of the province of Treviso.

Vinification:
Traditional red vinification with destemming and pressing of the grapes and 20 days maceration with daily pumping over.

Wine aging:
Aging in French durmast barriques for 10 months, then further 8 months in concrete tanks. Subsequent bottling with following aging in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense and brilliant ruby ​​red colour. It appears with concentrated and well-defined nuances of soft fruit, blackberry and morello cherry’s jam that intertwine with scents of cocoa and delicate notes of roasting. The taste is very full-bodied and soft. Well-balanced tannicity in a game of enchanting joy.

13% ABV

Service temperature:
16/18°C

Pairings:
It finds its best combination with lasagne or beef goulash with polenta.
