Vinification:
Vinification in concrete tanks with selected yeasts, 7-10 days of maceration and then racking.
Refinement:
Aging in concrete tanks until the spring following the harvest and subsequent bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics:
A bright ruby red, rich in slightly vegetal notes with hints of spices. The taste is velvety with a balanced tannin that makes it perfect for all palates.
