Vinification in concrete tanks with selected yeasts, 7-10 days of maceration and then racking.
Refinement in concrete tanks until the spring following the harvest and subsequent bottling.
In the glass it has a medially intense purple colour. The scent is reminiscent of juicy and ripe red fruit, blueberry and liquorice root. It’s full-bodied with a medium-long finish.
Medium-sized glass for red wines
Grilled Fiorentina, grilled vegetables, BBQ, picanha, stewed game, roasted pheasant, baked wild boar or roe deer.
