Vinification in concrete tanks with selected yeasts, 7-10 days of maceration and then racking.

Organoleptic characteristics:
A bright ruby red, rich in vegetal scents of green pepper, oriental spices and blackberry. The taste is pleasantly soft and tannic.

Medium-sized glass for red wines

Pairings:
